Refund & Returns Policy
At PS Collectables, we want customers to feel confident purchasing PlayStation games, consoles, accessories and collectables from our store.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully, as we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
However, we may consider change-of-mind return requests on a case-by-case basis.
Items approved for return must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include all original items, manuals, inserts, accessories and packaging included with the purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Pre-Owned Items
Many products sold by PS Collectables are pre-owned and may show signs of previous use, age, cosmetic wear or other imperfections.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph the condition of each item.
Condition differences that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs are not considered faults.
Games and Consoles
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, pre-owned games and consoles are tested before being listed for sale.
Testing does not guarantee that pre-owned electronic products will remain free from faults indefinitely.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sealed and Collectable Items
Products sold as factory sealed, new or collectable must be returned in their original condition if a return is approved.
Opening, removing seals from, damaging or altering a sealed collectable may affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product has a fault or other major problem.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or report a problem with an order, please contact PS Collectables through our Contact Us page.
Include your order number and information about the reason for your request.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
